Ever since watching old Mickey Mouse cartoons that feature whirlwinds or tornadoes, Princess has been fascinated with the water going down the plug hole. It used to be that she had to be out of the bath before you took the plug out, and then she would watch it, fascinated, but get upset with the noise. Now, she does the plug herself, and don’t even think of getting her out of there before all the water has slipped away 🙂

Thanks for the science pointers to go along with the bath time fun.
We have some of those sticky bath toys in shell shapes, but my boys take them from the bottom of the tub, put them along the edge of the bathtub, turn them upside down, and place small shells on top of the suckers, as we have a shell themed bathroom. Children are great at coming up with their own fun, aren’t they?

Immy has a collection of shells in her bath which she spontaneously declared to be seeing if they float in the bath tonight. It was so rewarding to watch 🙂
