This is great, I must try it.

I think I have a geographic tongue. It’s been described by my doctor as ‘disgusting’.

I used to call mine ‘Friday night tongue’ because all my trigger foods were things I’d eat on Friday night – cheese, anything salty (chips, olives etc) and acid like my beloved sparkling wine. It’s not a big deal but they are sores and I find it annoying to keep being told it doesn’t hurt – it hurts as much as my eczema!

My brother has it with tongue fissures as well, it’s really gross. His tongue looks like a moonscape or something.

I also have curly edges of my tongue from clenching my teeth. It IS gross! Mine’s just always there, triggers or no triggers.

My kiddos love mirrors. It is always awesome when something so simple is so entertaining!

Hee hee…we call that tongue move “the Taco” in our house.
