After writing about our bubble mix the other day, these are actually catchable bubbles. I don’t really want to know what they are made of, but they set and last for ages. You can catch them and watch as they slowly go down or tear, or of course you can stamp on them and squash them all
It was so still tonight that they hung in the air for minutes, barely moving.
The girls waved their arms to make currents and move them around,
Caught them on their fingers,
And in their hair.
We came out this morning and there were still bubbles in odd places, caught on leaves or under chairs.

I love the catch-able bubble mix! I first discovered it when I was teaching at the special school. One word of warning, it makes quite a mess when you do it inside so best to keep it outside
Yes – I haven’t tried it inside, but I’ve seen what’s left afterwards, I definitely wouldn’t want that inside! Like I said, I DO NOT want to know what’s in it
My boys love playing with bubbles too. Nowadays I limit them to playing it during bath time in the bath.
Happy WW
How fun!!
Gymboree’s bubbles are like that. I used to do them in the kitchen and would find unpopped bubbles the next day.
Thanks so much for linking with the Play Academy. Hope you have a great week with your kids – and hope you’ll share with us next Friday too
