Looks like they’ve had lots of fun, and you’ll have a beautifully decorated house!

I can’t wait until Lil is old enough to start doing things like this. My mum used to keep all of this stuff; much more special than the things you buy.

I agree with Tenille…..our kids will remember all the homemade decorations and the time spent together making them FAR more than they will remember all the ‘fancy’ decos that we buy!! Lovely!

Yes, I remember the homemade ones my Granny had that literally went back decades, and we loved making them every year.
Because we live interstate to everyone and remote we’ve always been travelling and staying with others over Christmas, this is the first time we will actually be at home and other people are coming to stay with us.

Homemade decorations (and desserts!) are the best, aren’t they?

They look wonderful, and I bet they were fun to make. 🙂

My parents had a decoration on the tree fom my Kinder days for about 20 years, until it could be used no more 🙁

Happy WW!

I want to make our own too, Christmas is about seeing your kids eyes shine and making them proud of their help in decorating.
Do you think they will mind if we re purpose their paintings/preschool art ?

We add new home made decorations to our collection each year, I love seeing the girls faces as they unearth the treasures when we decorate the Christmas tree 🙂
