We got the kit from a school book club, but I’ve seen the same sort of thing in Dymocks – those little boxes they put near the checkout.

There are instructions at National Geographic here http://kids.nationalgeographic.com/kids/activities/funscience/be-dazzled/ They use clear plastic to give you the reflections, the advantage of the kit is it had plastic mirrors. I haven’t seen them available anywhere else, maybe search in a good craft shop.
