How wonderful that you had the time to capture the moment. In a world where kids are rushed from one place to the next I think these learning experiences get missed.

My girls love doing that as well, especially in the morning when they are in brushing their teeth!

Its so wonderful that they can learn so much from such a little thing! I also love that she noticed it and wanted to photograph it, a budding scientist!

We did a similar thing yesterday – Mr 4 noticed a funny shaped shadow on the bottom of the bathtub full of water, so we played around until we figured out what was causing it (an insect wing floating on top of the water). Its so great to use little observations like that as a real learning experience (fun too)
